Festival In La'kech is a documentary festival I created and in Holbox Mexico in 2020.
In which I had the privilege to showcase a feature length documentary called: "Don Victor Velasquez" and 2 short reportage called "RecyclArtE and "Arte de Ayudar" this last one co produced with MusaGiova.
-2022- February: Khalid S. Z. was a guest speaker for the Afro Urban Festival in Montreal where he also showcased his documentary majorMinority.
-2022- February: Omni news T.V. did a reportage on Khalid Salahadin Zampini on his work and accomplishment in the fight against racism.
-2022 October: Montreal Gazette coverd a story on Khalid Salahadin Zampini's work on his documentaries and fight against racism and solution of inclusion in Montreal, Quebec and in all of Canada.
-2022- “Don Victor” was announced as the Award Winner of Amsterdam Short Film Festival
“Don Victor” and “majorMinority” were both official selections of Montreal Independent Film Festival,
majorMinority was an Official Selection of Afro Urban Festival,
“Don Victor” an Official Selection of Berlin International Art Film Festival,
“Don Victor” a Semi finalist of Berlin Short Award, Semifinalist of Dubai Independent Film Festival, Semi Finalist of Munich Short Film Award,
-2021- “Don Victor” the documentary has been an official selection for L.A. Sun Film Fest
-2020- Khalid Salahadin Zampini Created and organized In Lak’ech Festival in Holbox MX. He also showcased one feature length documentary “Don Victor” and 2 short documentaries “RecyClarte” and “Arte de Ayudar”
